The continuous monitoring of quality plays an extremely important role in automated and highly productive production processes. That is why we offer different test systems to ensure a consistent product quality as well as the reliable functioning of plants and machines.
Leak test systems
For the development and production of vehicles and quality assurance different test rigs and test techniques are established. For these systems, our management programmes provide optimal processes. We establish the tightness of vehicles with special systems that simulate the rainfall under different conditions. The Development and Production Departments receive important information about the thickness of the vehicle.

In automotive production various surveying systems are standard. We focus not only on quality control with systems for gap and transition measurement, but also on the control of the correct component position and component presence.
Electrical test (HV/LV)
In order to ensure safety and function, many articles of the electrical sector will be tested electrically before they enter the market. We develop plants that do this task automatically during the production process. For example, to check the adequate insulation in high-voltage products (HV), or to meet the requirements and quality standards in the low-voltage range (LV). The quality inspection during the production process gives you a significant time-saving and optimises your operating sequence.
Reeling circuit test
The control of the wobble circle determines the precise position of the plug and pin. We place modern sensors, such as vision systems in our installations, which carry out the test during manufacture. This ensures a high quality of the products and reduces rejects to a minimum. To ensure that our equipment for welding, screwing, gluing, riveting, stamping etc. functions smoothly, permanent quality control is essential. For this purpose we use optical-visual systems, among other things. We build and assemble cameras that monitor and control the process. Integrated into intelligent control software, this technology ensures an efficient process flow. You will spare your board and unnecessary empty costs.
Infra-red thermography is used for the inspection and monitoring of electrotechnical components as well as for the verification of building physics and thermal insulation of buildings. Almost any operating unit that consumes power or transmits mechanical power, becomes hot before a fault occurs. With thermography, we can recognize problems in advance, quickly and reliably before it comes to a standstill or a fire. Inspections can be carried out safely during operation. This saves money and time.
In the case of vehicle development and production in the automotive industry, various test stands or test systems are used for quality assurance and quality control.
